Welcome to the Baptist Church of Northville!
We are a local body of believers which has been worshiping our Lord Jesus Christ in the village of Northville since 1802.
By way of introduction, you should know three things about us…
Our Motto
is "We Preach Christ". We believe that Jesus Christ is God who became a man, lived a perfect life, died in the place of sinners, was buried and then rose again on the third day. Our Salvation is in him and him alone, and for that reason we preach Christ.
Our Worship
is centered on our great God. He alone is worthy of worship and we seek to give Him the honor He is due as we meet regularly throughout the week and during Sunday services. At the center of our worship is the expository preaching of God's Word. We do this knowing that Scripture is the inspired, inerrant, and authoritative truth of God through which those in Christ are sanctified.
Our Task
as we are transformed more and more into the image of our Savior, is to share this life changing gospel with our neighbors and with the rest of the world as we faithfully engage in the great commission of our Savior.
